Our personnel are all carefully interviewed and selected on the basis of how well they suit your needs. We also ensure their performance has met your needs with follow up services. All of our employees are paid the national minimum wage or can be employed on a piecework basis. Personnel are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and at short notice.

 

At KL recruitment we are not only committed to delivering quality staff, with your help we aim to provide a comprehensive training programme for your future employee. We aim to liaise with yourself and discuss any training requirements which are needed either prior to starting work or whilst in the early stages of employment. We feel that offering this service allows you to focus on your business without losing time training staff nor incurring training costs. As an additional extra if any members of your current staff need the same training requirements we can also include them in this. The training offered ranges from:

- Manual Handling
- First Aid at work
- Basic Food Hygiene
- CSCS Card
